How does delivery work?
Goods are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours and we aim to deliver with a 48-hour courier service Monday to Friday. We require that someone is available to receive your order, so if you are not in during the week, you can arrange for a Saturday delivery. Once received, we kindly ask you to check the goods, comply with the instructions sent and let us know immediately of any quality issues.
We do also offer collection in South Woodham Ferrers area near our offices, which we will contact you upon order receipt and advise the collection warehouse location.

How to install Rust sheets?
Our installation guide incorporates all of our amazing ranges. Please read our installation guide carefully as not all ranges follow the same steps. You also may be required to do a patch test before installation to make sure the sealant and adhesives don't damage the sheet.

Does the pattern on the veneer repeat?
As the veneers ar made from blocks of stone, the top of the surface is 100% natural, just like traditional stone.
If the stone veneer is produced from the same block, then he pattern will be the same but we can't guarentee the veneers will be from the same block. Therefore, please not that due to the nature of the natural stones, the sheets may contain variations in colours and patterns.
