How does delivery work?
Goods are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours and we aim to deliver with a 48-hour courier service Monday to Friday. We require that someone is available to receive your order, so if you are not in during the week, you can arrange for a Saturday delivery. Once received, we kindly ask you to check the goods, comply with the instructions sent and let us know immediately of any quality issues.
We do also offer collection in South Woodham Ferrers area near our offices, which we will contact you upon order receipt and advise the collection warehouse location.

How to install 3D wood panels?
Our installation guide incorporates all of our amazing ranges. Please read our installation guide carefully as not all ranges follow the same steps. You also may be required to do a patch test before installation to make sure the sealant and adhesives don't damage the sheet.

Do the edges need staining?
If a 3D Wood panel needs cutting, you will need to strain the cut edges. This is because when you cut the wood panel, the inner layers are a different colour meaning it is more likely to be visible. Therefore, it is recommended to stain the cut edges to match the woodgrain for a much more subtle look.
